Practice Manager

Jenn was born and raised in Southeast Kentucky, however she has now called Knoxville her home for more than 20 years. She is a proud graduate of The University of Tennessee.

Jenn has spent her entire career in healthcare supporting and leading teams all across East Tennessee. Her main focus is to ensure we deliver at the highest level for our patients every day.

When not in the clinic, you will find Jenn traveling with her husband and two children, enjoying summers on the water with family and friends, and cheering on the The Volunteers!

Registered Nurse

Teresa was born and raised in Knoxville. Her medical career began at St. Marys Hospital in the lab and eventually becoming a NICU Nurse.

She has traveled the world living in several places including Europe where she graduated Culinary School from The Ritz. She moved back to East TN 10 years ago.

She is now our Surgery Nurse at the clinic and keeps our office supplied with yummy baked desserts.

Registered Nurse

Payton loves coming into work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference. She has a deep passion for helping people feel better and lead happier lives. Payton received her Bachelors of Nursing from South college. She also has a degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.

Payton spent the early part of her career in Pediatrics until finding her true passion in Aesthetic Medicine.

Payton enjoys educating her patients and selecting the perfect product to help enhance and maintain natural beauty.

When she isn’t at work she loves spending time with her husband, new baby girl, and two doodles!

Licensed Aesthetician

Ciara was born and raised in Sevierville, TN. She is a licensed aesthetician. She attended Walters State where she majored in nursing and earned her Associates of Applied Science. She then attended Tennessee School of Beauty to focus on Paramedical Aesthetics.

She has worked in the healthcare industry for going on five years in various roles. Ciara has been with the Breazeale Clinic for almost two years and loves the art of plastic surgery and aesthetics. She has a passion for guiding patients through their skincare journey to healthy skin and aging gracefully while enhancing their natural beauty.

Certified First Assistant

Brittany was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She is a certified surgical first assistant. She attended Pellissippi State where she earned her Associates of Science, and later went on to Tennessee College of Applied Technology to obtain her certification. She has worked in surgery for the past 3 years.

Brittany has worked with Dr. Breazeale in surgery for 3 years where he has taught her the ins and outs of plastic surgery. She works along side Dr. Breazeale in his surgical procedures and has since joined the staff in The Breazeale Clinic. She is knowledgeable in the day to day routine of surgery and is eager to learn more about what goes on pre-operatively and post-operatively with patients.

In her spare time Brittany enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and painting.

Patient Coordinator

Lily is a Tennessee native. She attended AYC where she became a certified yoga instructor. After graduating she followed her passions in traveling, art and beauty. She joined the team spring of 23 and has been greeting our patients with a friendly smile since.

In her free time she enjoys traveling as much as possible and being outdoors. Also, a good margarita. And chocolate.

Financial Coordinator

Lesley was born and raised in West Tennessee. She has lived in Knoxville for 10 years and now calls Rocky Top home. She’s a die hard Vols fan and football season is her favorite! Lesley attended Paul Mitchell the School Knoxville for Cosmetology then later attended Tennessee School of Beauty for her Esthetician license and is a succesful licensed makeup artist.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, trying new activities/restaurants, and spending lazy days with her fur child, Tilly. Lesley has been in the health and beauty industry since college and is right at home at The Breazeale Clinic!
