Practice Manager

Jenn was born and raised in Southeast Kentucky but has proudly called Knoxville home for over two decades. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, she brings both Volunteer spirit and a deep commitment to serving the East Tennessee community.

With a lifelong career in healthcare, Jenn has extensive experience leading and supporting clinical teams throughout the region. As Practice Manager, her top priority is ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and a positive experience from start to finish.

When she’s not at the clinic, Jenn enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, spending time on the water with family and friends, and cheering on the Vols.

Registered Nurse

Teresa was born and raised in Knoxville. Her medical career began at St. Marys Hospital in the lab and eventually becoming a NICU Nurse.

She has traveled the world living in several places including Europe where she graduated Culinary School from The Ritz. She moved back to East TN 10 years ago.

She is now our Surgery Nurse at the clinic and keeps our office supplied with yummy baked desserts.

Registered Nurse

Payton loves coming into work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference. She has a deep passion for helping people feel better and lead happier lives. Payton received her Bachelors of Nursing from South college. She also has a degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.

Payton spent the early part of her career in Pediatrics until finding her true passion in Aesthetic Medicine.

Payton enjoys educating her patients and selecting the perfect product to help enhance and maintain natural beauty.

When she isn’t at work she loves spending time with her husband, new baby girl, and two doodles!

Certified First Assistant

Brittany was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She is a certified surgical first assistant. She attended Pellissippi State where she earned her Associates of Science, and later went on to Tennessee College of Applied Technology to obtain her certification. She has worked in surgery for the past 3 years.

Brittany has worked with Dr. Breazeale in surgery for 3 years where he has taught her the ins and outs of plastic surgery. She works along side Dr. Breazeale in his surgical procedures and has since joined the staff in The Breazeale Clinic.

In her spare time Brittany enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and painting.

Clinical and Administrative Coordinator

Chasity was born and raised in Luttrell, TN. She discovered her passion for healthcare early on at just 16, she began volunteering at a local nursing home, setting the foundation for a lifelong commitment to serving others. She has since built an impressive career with a local hospital group, where she gained extensive experience and honed her skills to better support patients and the surrounding community.

Outside of the office, Chasity enjoys antiquing, spending sunny days on Norris Lake, and tailgating for the Tennessee Vols with friends and family. She’s also a proud pet mom to a Chocolate Lab named Grainger, a French Bulldog named Cammie, and a tortoise named Tito. Chasity’s warm personality and dedication to patient care make her an essential part of our team.
