Appointment Policy

Cancellations: We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Running Late: Please plan to arrive at least 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to enjoy and relax before your appointment time. If you are late by more than 10-minutes, we can’t guarantee that you will get  the service you reserved. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
